Service Description

Vibe Virtuoso ("we," "us," "our") provides a service that helps individuals turn their ideas and frustrations into validated software applications. Our service includes market research, application development, domain registration, landing page creation, payment processing setup, and initial marketing outreach.

Deliverables

Each engagement includes:

• Market research and problem validation
• A custom-built web application
• A registered domain name
• A conversion-optimized landing page
• Stripe payment processing integration
• Initial marketing outreach campaign
• 3 months of hosting and maintenance
• 1 round of design revisions

No Income Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, or business outcome. While we do our best to validate demand and deliver a quality product, the success of any business depends on many factors beyond our control. Past results are not indicative of future performance.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the intellectual property of the application we build for you, including the source code, design assets, and domain name. We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components developed during the engagement.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule agreed upon at the start of the engagement. All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Virtuoso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
